S15. Our charity has a donor that gives on a regular basis. Can we issue just ONE donation receipt per tax year?

Maybe, depending on the kind of gift. A charity may issue one annual cumulative official donation tax receipt for cash donations. Individual receipts have to be issued for gifts in kind.
